Pershendetje dhe Gezuar vitin e ri

Ne kete fillim viti me nevojitet ndihma e eksperteve te informatikes. Kam probleme me kompjuterin. Programi qe operoj eshte windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Po mundohem tua spjegoj problemet qe kam sa me qarte.:

1. Kompjuteri nuk i lexon/njeh DVD, e kam provuar me disa DVD por eshte e pamundur. Kur fus CD punon mire, edhe regjistrimi po ashtu.
2. Se dyti dhe me I rendesishmi per momentin. Me del nje mesazh me sfond BLU dhe me jep nje error mesazh.

Ne kohen qe ky mesazh mu shfaq isha duke instaluar nje loje por akoma isha ne fillim te insalimit pa future serial number etj. Pas kesaj e kam provuar te bej ristartim me “Last known good configuration” e ato tjerat qe dalin me F8 por asgje nuk ka ndryshuar.
Sa per sqarim: Kur ndizet kompjuteri dhe hap Windowsin me jep windows error message… mund te punoj ne kompjuter por sapo tentoj te lidhem me internetin dhe behet lidhja pas 2-3 sekondash me del shkrimi I mesiperm me sfond blu.

per problemin e pare duhet dhe marka e lexues/shkrues DVD/CD per tu siguruar se eshte konfiguruar dhe instaluar korrekt, dhe cfare DVD-sh perdor.

per problemin e dyte,
ky eshte nje mesazh konfigurimi jo i sakte ose nje rregjistrin ne nje stack ku memoria nuk ishte e mjaftueshme.
Ishit duker perdorur DVD e mesiperme per lojen? çfare antivirusi keni te instaluar?

Faleminderit per sygjerimin.

Se pari DVD ime eshte e tipit: 16 X DVD +/- RW + DVD 5.1 POWER SOFTWARE. E kam kontrolluar tek device menager dhe e jep sikur eshte ne rregull/enable. Kam provuar ta bej uninstall dhe ta ristartoj kompjuterin dhe megjithese e ben automatikisht riinstalimin e driverit te DVD perseri eshte e njejta gje, nuk e nje disk DVD.

Per te dyten bera scanim me Diagnostic Tools Microsoft VM
duket se nje file ne system 32 eshte e infektuar . Perdora antivirusin qe eshte McAfee Profesional i cili e dallon virusin por nuk eshte ne gjendje qe ta pastroje pasi del mesazhi : " winjgf32.dll infected by the BackDoor CVT trojan and cannot be cleaned" .

Rezultati i skanimit(pjesa qe ka dale me error) eshte si me poshte:
